14th, February 2024, Love gone sour, a 26-year-old woman from Githunguri, Kiambu County, has been arrested after assaulting her boyfriend on today’s Valentine’s Day. The tragic incident happened when the boyfriend tried to show his affection by gifting her a red teddy bear.
However, this gesture of love was met with anger, frustration and disappointment from the beautiful lady.
The woman expected a more lavish gift, such as an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a bag full of cash. When the boyfriend’s gift fell short of her expectations, she got out of temper and dealt with him maliciously.
The woman, with her greediness, felt disrespected and disappointed, so she went ahead and attacked her boyfriend visciously with no mercy at all, causing him severe injuries.
The boyfriend sustained significant injuries, and the local authorities were called to the scene. The woman was arrested and taken into custody for assault.
