Pastor Ezekiel has strongly criticized Kenyan Members of Parliament, accusing them of succumbing to pressure and pretending to act in the public’s interest. The pastor argued that the MPs are primarily concerned with their own welfare.
In a scathing remark, Pastor Ezekiel stated, “Kila baada ya miaka 5, wabunge hujiongeza mshahara kwanza na allowances,” implying that every five years, MPs prioritize increasing their salaries and allowances. He dismissed their recent refusal to raise their salaries as a mere tactic to gain favor with the public.
“Ni moto umewaka wacha upoe,” he added, urging the public to see through the MPs’ facade and understand their true intentions.
