- Customers will receive two codes via SMS: a reset code and an update code.
- To update, key in code 1 to reset and code 2 to update.
- Total Meters: Approximately 7.4 million prepaid meters are targeted for this exercise.
KPLC aims to minimize power theft and reduce meter reading expenses by transitioning consumers to pre-paid meters.
